All compensation is detailed in your individual Partnership Agreement. Payments are made via the method agreed upon in writing. OpenGPC reserves the right to withhold payment if it is determined that you have violated these Terms or your Partnership Agreement.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenGPC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of account information, or your unauthorized modification of provided applications.
Either party may terminate the partnership with 14 days' written notice. OpenGPC may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, violate your Partnership Agreement, or engage in conduct that jeopardizes our business or reputation.
